Frequently Asked Questions

How do you inflate and deflate it?

It inflates by blowing into the valve in a few seconds, no pump required. To store it, you open the valve, let the air out, and fold it. When folded, it takes up very little space in your backpack.

Does it fit on the airplane tray?

Yes. It is designed to rest on an economy class tray table. You can also use it on your lap, on the train, on the bus, or at your desk.

What if the person in front reclines their seat?

You continue to use it: you pull it toward you on the tray or rest it on your legs. The support for the head and arms is the same.

Can I take it through airport security?

Yes. Deflated, it is a soft cover, with no metal or rigid parts. Keep it in your carry-on luggage and take it out when you sit down.

How do you clean it?

Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry before putting it away. It does not require any further care.

How long does it take to arrive?

The order is processed in 1 to 3 days and shipping takes 6 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Shipping is free and we will send you the tracking information via email.

Does it work if I'm tall?

Yes. Since you lean forward and not against the backrest, it doesn't depend on your height or where the back of your head rests. You can inflate it more or less to adjust the height of the support.

Sleeping on a plane shouldn't be so hard.

The seat barely reclines, your head can't find support, and your neck ends up bearing all the strain. You spend the flight nodding off and arrive more tired than when you took off.

Why the neck pillow isn't enough

It supports the neck, but the head keeps falling forward. Nubora allows you to lean forward, with your face in an open cavity to breathe and your arms inside, without any tingling.

Easy to install

You blow into the valve, put it on the tray, and go to sleep. Upon landing, you let the air out, fold it up, and it goes back into your backpack.

Compare before you buy.

There are many travel pillows out there. These are the differences that determine whether you sleep on the flight or spend the hours looking for a comfortable position.
